DHL will require your DHL tracking number which can be found at the top of your DHL tracking page.
In the top right of your DHL tracking page you will see 'Delivery by USPS Int'l'. The number under this is your An Post tracking number. You can contact An Post on 1850 57 58 59. They will ask for your An Post tracking number and will help you locate your package.
If you see an Attempted Delivery on your tracking details, please contact An Post on the above phone number and let them know your package was not delivered and you would like to arrange for a redelivery or pick up from their nearby Delivery Office. 99% of Attempted Delivery issues are solved by directly contacting An Post via the above methods.

Where is my package, its already been 5 days since I ordered?
Please remember we ship generally 24 hours after purchase. Once your package leaves the shipping facility, that is when the 3-6 business days begin. Also make sure that you understand this delivery time excludes weekend days from the count. We have a 98% delivery rate so you will get your package :)
What if my package is lost or stolen?
This only happens to about 2% of our orders. Do not worry we will ship you a replacement, you will not lose your money!!! We will always make sure you are satisfied.
What if I am not happy with the product?
As stated in our Refund Policy, we offer a full refund on all orders if there is an issue with your product. All refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Please email us below to request a refund.
Where is your Phone Number, can I call you?
We currently do not offer phone support, only email and live chat at certain times. We understand some people prefer to speak directly with someone and we are currently working on setting up phone support. Most questions are easily answered through email.
Any other questions please do not hesitate to ask. We try our best to answer questions within 24 hours. However we generally do not work on Sundays so response might be longer on weekends.
